In 2023, our company successfully completed the supply of alloy pipes and pipe fittings for the Payara 2×660MW Ultra-Supercritical Coal-fired Power Plant Project in Bangladesh. The large-diameter thick-walled seamless steel pipes with a material of 15CrMoG and a specification of Φ1100×55mm supplied this time will be used in the core high-temperature and high-pressure system of the power plant, providing key equipment guarantee for this “Belt and Road” key energy project.
As the largest coal-fired power plant with a single unit capacity in Bangladesh, Payara Power Plant is of great significance to improving local power supply. In response to the high-parameter operation requirements of ultra-supercritical units, the 15CrMoG alloy pipe products provided by our company have excellent high-temperature resistance, high-pressure resistance and creep resistance, and its large-diameter thick-walled seamless manufacturing process meets the strict technical requirements of the power plant for key pipes.
